The Mighty Ranthambore
Ranthambore National Park or Ranthambhore is one of the largest national parks in northern India , covering entire area of 392 km². It is situated in the Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan . The Ranthambore National Park is mainly known for its tigers. Apart from that, a large numbers of Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Gazzelle, Boars, Mongoose, Indian Hare, Monitor Lizards and birds live here in their natural habitat. It is a part of the project Tiger’s Conservation in Rajasthan. The flora includes ancient Banyan trees, peepal and Dhok trees as well as mango trees.
